End-User Information
Adeal Pty Ltd is an importer and wholesale distributor. We do not sell direct to end-users.
You can purchase our products through any photo retailer in Australia.
We will be happy to advise of stockists for particular products in your area if you email sales@adeal.com.au and let us know your town and/or postcode. If you have a faulty product, please return it to the retail store from which you purchased it for a replacement or refund. Should a replacement not be available through the retailer, please contact service@adeal.com.au for information on how to return a faulty product to us for replacement. We cannot provide refunds for goods purchased from a retailer. For warranty service or the availability of spare parts for our products please contact our service department by email.
To request images of our products, email images@adeal.com.au, specifying your intended use, the preferred file size and the product number and description. Images will be RGB JPEG unless you request a different format.
